where we ship

we currently ship to canada and the united states. we don't ship to po boxes at this time. we hope to expand to more regions soon.

processing time

orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. processing time is separate from shipping time below. orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

shipping cost

• subscription orders ship free, every time.
• one-time orders ship for a flat rate of $6.99 CAD, calculated at checkout.

estimated delivery time

once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

• within canada: 2-8 business days
• to the united states: 4-9 business days

these are estimates based on our carrier's typical timelines, not guarantees. delivery can take longer due to customs, weather, high-volume periods, or remote addresses. nuni isn't responsible for delays once your package is in the carrier's hands, but we're always happy to help you track it down.

tracking

as soon as your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. it can take a day or two for tracking to update once it's first generated.

carrier

nuni ships with Canada Post and USPS. cross-border orders to the us may pass through customs, which can occasionally add a few extra days to delivery.

order and address changes

we start processing orders quickly, so we can only change an order or shipping address within a few hours of it being placed. email info@nuniwellness.com as soon as possible if something needs to change, and we'll do our best, but we can't guarantee a change once an order has entered fulfillment.

please double check your shipping address at checkout. nuni isn't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but reach out and we'll help however we can.

lost or delayed packages

if your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your order seems stuck, email info@nuniwellness.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.

subscription shipments

subscription orders ship automatically on your set schedule. you can skip an upcoming shipment or update your address anytime from your account before your next order is processed.
