nuni return & refund policy

life doesn't pause for your period, and it shouldn't pause for a return either. here's exactly how it works.

the short version

• unopened, unused packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
• the outer zipper bag must still be sealed. if it's been opened, the pack isn't returnable, even if the individual patches inside are untouched.
• opened or used patches are final sale, for hygiene and safety reasons.
• damaged, defective, or wrong items are always covered, opened or not.
• subscriptions can be skipped, paused, or canceled anytime from your account. no return required.

return window

you have 30 days from the delivery date to return an eligible order for a refund. after 30 days, we can't accept the return.

what's eligible for return

to qualify for a refund, your patches must be:

• unopened and unused, in their original packaging, with the outer zipper bag sealed
• purchased directly from nuniwellness.com
• returned within the 30 day window above

nuni patches are single-use and worn close to the body, so we can't accept returns of opened, used, or partially used packs, even within the 30 day window. this includes packs where the outer zipper bag has been opened, even if the individual patches inside are still sealed. it's a hygiene and safety standard we hold ourselves to.

damaged, defective, or wrong items

if your order arrives damaged, a patch is defective, or you got the wrong item, that's on us. it's covered regardless of whether the packaging has been opened. email info@nuniwellness.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort out a replacement or a refund, your choice.

how to start a return

1. email info@nuniwellness.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. we'll confirm eligibility and send you the return address and instructions.
3. pack up your unopened item(s) and ship them back. return shipping is on you unless the return is due to our error.
4. once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund.

refunds

approved refunds go back to your original payment method. allow 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return for it to show up, depending on your bank. original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

exchanges

we don't currently offer direct exchanges. return your eligible order for a refund and place a new one instead.

subscription cancellations, skips & pauses

nuni subscriptions stay flexible, because being prepared shouldn't mean being locked in.

• skip a shipment: log in anytime before your next billing date and skip the upcoming delivery.
• pause: pause for as long as you need. reactivate whenever you're ready.
• cancel anytime: cancel from your account. no fees, no phone calls, no runaround. cancellations take effect immediately for future shipments, but orders already processed or shipped can't be canceled.

refunds on subscription orders follow the same policy as one-time orders above: unopened, unused packs returned within 30 days of delivery are eligible.

non-returnable items

• opened or used patches
• packs with an opened outer zipper bag, even if individual patches are still sealed
• gift cards
• final sale or clearance items, if marked as such at checkout
